God’s Loving kindness is better than life!

God’s Loving kindness is better than life!

Eliezer and Rebecca by Salomon de Bray

Psalm 63:3-4

My lips will praise you because your mercy is better than life itself. So, I will thank you as long as I live. I will lift up my hands to pray in your name. https://biblehub.com/psalms/63-4.htm. There is a chorus which uses these words that I have not been able to get out of my mind since I first thought of my Topic: God’s loving kindness or Khesed.

This week I have chosen the Old Testament as my source and the Story of Rebekah and the Camels. This particular incident demonstrates three concepts in Jewish Theology, that of Khesed/Chesed, Mitzvah and the Separated Spirt – Ruach Elohim. Members of the Jewish faith have always recognised the Holy Spirit she is the Breath of God, through whom God works in our world.

The Mishnah is the original written version of the oral law, as the New Testament is ours, and this oral law was handed down through the lived- out experiences of the Jewish People and informed the Torah. In the same way that Christian living has informed the Practises and Theology of the Church.

Chesed is a central concept in Judaism that expresses the relationship between God and humans, as well as among humans. It can be translated as ‘kindness’, ‘love’ or ‘mercy’, depending on the context. Chesed is not only a feeling, but also an action that involves fulfilling one’s obligations and showing compassion to others. It is one of the attributes of God, who is described as ‘abounding in chesed’ (Exodus 34:6) and who expects his people to imitate him (Micah 6:8). Chesed is also a key component of Jewish ethics, as it motivates charitable deeds and social justice. The Bible describes God’s unconditional or loyal love for us using the Hebrew word khesed.

God commanded Mitzvah’s to be performed as a religious duty to teach his people how to live and behave towards others and God’s self. Jewish law consists of discussion of these commandments. According to religious tradition, there are 613 such commandments. Wikipedia . It is the Separated Spirit which impels the Faithful to joyously perform their mitzvah’s.

Both of these concepts have their Christian equivalents. Khesed translates to God’s Unconditional or loyal love for us and Chesed our loving Kindness for others. The Mitzvah’s approximate the Greek Word Agape though a mitzvah is a Commandment whereas Agape is a gift through Grace. A Mitzvah is a demonstration of Chesed. As Caritas or charity is the outward expression of Agape. It is the Ruach HaKo’desh or Holy Spirit which guides Christians from within to love and serve our God.

In Matthew 5 :17 Jesus says Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. In Jesus, all the mitzvah’s and the teachings of the Prophets were accomplished although a higher more exacting law replaced it wherein the thoughts of our Mind’s and the inclination of our hearts to steal, lust after, or kill became the equivalent of the external deeds they represented. But by the free gift of Grace we can overcome, by grace we are saved and all our sins forgiven.

Abraham sought a daughter-in-law who would perform the mitzvah’s with Chesed, not out of the sense of duty but from the pure joy of serving others, to say called by Grace not by Law. A woman overshadowed by the Ruach Elohim.

Rebekah and the Camels

Firstly, Rebekah was Abraham’s great niece, granddaughter of his brother Nahor and daughter of Bethuel, her brother was Laban of Jacob fame, her family was wealthy – it really wasn’t in her job description to gather water from the well. However, Rebekah just like Abraham stood out from her peers, in that she openly sought any opportunity to assist anyone: – to demonstrate Chesed to perform a mitzvah just as Abraham had envisaged.

Abraham commanded Eliezer to perform an act of Fealty or fidelity, by placing his hand under his thigh, that he would not find a wife for Isaac among the Canaanites but journey to Syria to Padan-aram to the village of Nahor, in Aram-naharaim where Bethuel lived and there find a wife for Isaac. Only upon Abraham’s death would Eliezer be released from his vow.

Eliezer placed himself near to the spring in Aram-naharaim and after praying to the god of Abraham waited for his prayer to be answered. He would ask a young maiden for a sip of water, and if she offered to provide water for his camels as well, she would be the one! (Rebecca and the Camel Test – A Lesson in Giving – Chabad.org, https://www.chabad.org/theJewishWoman/article_cdo/aid/763991/jewish/Rebecca-and-the-Camel-Test.htm. )

And we know the outcome because we have just heard the story!

What do we learn from Rebekah?

Rebecca’s example inspires us to cultivate chesed, the boundless lovingkindness that transcends our self-interest. She challenges us to commit ourselves fully to the needs of others, without expecting anything in return. She teaches us to be initiative-taking and helpful, to seek opportunities to serve, without worrying about who else could or should do the same.

Examples (John 15:12–13, Galatians 5:13, 1 Peter 4:10, Romans 12:9–13,) from our New covenant teach us how to love and serve others as followers of Christ. They show us that love is not just a feeling, but a choice and an action. They remind us that we are called to use our gifts and abilities to bless others and glorify God. They encourage us to be sincere, faithful, joyful, patient, and hospitable in our relationships with others.

And in imitation of Rebekah, in the Epistle of James, (James 2:14–17) He informs us that Faith without Works is dead -, what is the point of saying you have faith if you don’t act on it? How can that kind of faith help you? Imagine a brother or a sister who has no clothes or food. If you tell them, “Be blessed; stay warm and full,” but don’t do anything to help them, what good is that? Likewise, faith that doesn’t lead to action is useless.

Through the Grace of the Holy Spirit by our works – our mitzvah’s we reveal both our chesed and God’s Khesed to others.

  1. Herein a revisionist history of the gross failures of Rabbinic g’lut Orthodox Judaism down through the Ages, based upon the opening Mishna of ברכות ק”ש ערבית which the Gemara on this Av Mishna learns refined unto a single word: כעסו.

Modern church = Orthodox Judaism today. LOL In the blessing after eating bread, notice the blessing for Hannukka. The wicked Greek kingdom attempted to force Israel to abandon the Oral Torah. (The language “Oral” implied. Why? B/c the Written Torah clearly written already.)

What defines the “Oral Torah”? According to Rabbi Akiva, the kabbalah of Oral Torah refers to a famous rabbinic term known as פרדס, an abbreviation for p’shat, r’miz, drosh, sod. Orthodox Judaism throws פרדס out like a fisherman places a worm on a hook. But g’lut Jewry lost the wisdom to learn לשמה, and understands פרדס on par with window dressing.

Orthodox Jews, following the disastrous victory of the Rambam statute halachic code, which perverted T’NaCH & Talmudic common law identity; these religious Jews do not know how to learn Oral Torah, they abandoned inductive precedent based reasoning in favor of deductive based reasoning. Greek deductive logic, if the premise by which a person bases his conclusions upon – erroneous, then the conclusion derived – equally wrong/false.

Oral Torah became a lost wisdom. The Yeshiva world fails to study the Talmud by making a search for גזרה שוו legal inductive reasoning precedents. Inductive logic, stand the Torah upon precedent proofs, learns the Talmud as a fabric which contains a warp/weft, Halacha\Aggadah relationship. דרוש ופשט aligns with the Aggadah, portions of Talmud and Midrash. While רמז וסוד align with the halachah, portions of the Talmud. G’lut Jewry lost the wisdom, how to learn the Torah לשמה.

This logical deduction clearly requires proof. Oral Torah – a logic format; by which the generations can interpret the k’vanna of the Written Torah. Two major branches of logic. Deductive logic and Inductive logic. Assimilated Roman statute law, most essentially relies upon deductive logic.

כלל\פרט: General thesis: A rabbinic figure teaches a din to his students, and those students “interpret” the k’vanna of their rabbi’s halachic ruling. Specific particular: Rabbi Akiva had 5 major talmidim who survived the Roman rebellions. (The Romans murdered rabbi Akiva for his support for the Bar Kochba revolt.) They passed the masoret/tradition of the Mishna to Rabbi Yechuda Ha’Nasi. Primarily by means of their deductive reasoning in how they understood the words of Rabbi Akiva.

The halachic codes most famous today, the Rambam, Ben Asher, and Yosef Karo. These assimilated codes produced a disastrous ירידות הדורות/domino effect upon international g’lut Jewry. Assimilated Roman statute law halachic codes rely most essentially upon the logic format developed by the ancient Greek philosopher Aristotle, who’s logic format primarily responsible for the Maccabean revolt against the Syrian Greeks about 1000 years previous.

These Reshonim halachic codifiers who again assimilated and embraced Greek logic over פרדס logic, they do not possess a grasp of the hidden kabbalah of Rabbi Akiva’s פרדס logic system. The story of Hannukka depicts not only a conflict between the Jews and the Syrian Greek empire; a Civil War between the P’rushim (the forefathers of rabbinic Judaism) against the Tzeddukim (the assimilated house of Aaron Cohonim, who ruled the Banana Republic of Judea for benefit of their masters: the Persians, the Greeks, and the Romans).

When the Persian empire permitted the generation of Ezra to return and rebuild Judea and the Temple in Jerusalem, the Persia kings did so b/c the Assyrian policy which removed the indigenous population of the 10 Tribes, a פרט/specific example, from their homelands. This policy opened the gates of that Assyrian empire to foreign Invasions. The Babylonian empire conquered the Assyrian empire quickly due to this critical strategic blunder.

Hence Cyrus, the king of Persia, who conquered the Babylonian empire, permitted Jews to return back to Judea. The Persian king paid for the construction of the Temple, to cement shut Judea as a gateway of foreign invasion into the Persian empire. Jews rebuilt Judea and would fight to prevent a foreign army to conquer it again. Alexander the Great had already conquered the Persian empire when his Army approached Judea.

The Greek philosoper Aristotle rode in company with Alexander the Great. when that Greek general conquered both Egypt and Syria. Approximately 1000 years later, with the invasion of Spain by Muslim armies, the Muslims rediscovered the writings of the ancient Greeks, which Constatine concealed & cloistered, and only permitted Catholic monks to study. The church removed the ancient Greek philosophies which so dominated the culture of Ancient Rome. This policy of hiding ancient Greek logic mightily contributed to the Dark Ages.

The ‘Golden Age’ of Spanish Jewry, an utter misnomer. Ibn Ezra’s son converted to Islam. Jews living in Spain almost totally assimilated to the cultures and customs of the conquering Muslim empires. Specifically, where the Maccabees defeated the assimilated Tzeddukim (they wanted to turn Jerusalem into a Greek polis), Rambam and the assimilated Spanish rabbis totally embraced the rediscovered ancient Greek philosophy! These assimilated Spanish Reshonim rabbis behaved like dogs who return and eat their own vomit.

Would Jewish refugees make t’shuva and expel the assimilated Tzeddukim from the Temple for a second time? No, not a chance. G’lut Jews lost the wisdom of pursuing mitzvot observance לשמה. Herein defines the avoda zarah First Cause of g’lut throughtout all generations of cursed g’lut Jewry.

The Rambam named his assimilated Roman Statute law code the “Mishnah Torah”; his total ignorance of the fact – that the term Mishna Torah refers: not only to the 5th Book of the Torah (this he clearly knew), but that Mishna Torah means: common law (this he clearly did not know). The Rambam, based upon his Yad Chazaka halachic statute law perversion of both T’NaCH mussar common law, & Talmudic halacha common law upon the logic format which he learned from Arab commentaries made upon the writings of Aristotle.

Rabbi Yechuda Ha’Nassi wrote the 6 Orders of the “Mishna” because he understood that the Book of דברים makes a Mishna Torah common law inductive comparison of Case/Rule “reinterpretations” upon the other 4 Books of the Written Torah, with the k’vanna to grasp the prophetic mussar applicable to all generations of Israel. His Mishna does not on the surface even remotely resemble the language of the Chumash! But inductive precedent based reasoning – this depth analysis learning, expressed by every chiddush/amazing inciteful incite\ found in each and every Mishna within the 6 Orders of the Sha’s Mishna.

NaCH serves as mussar precedents (called בנין אב in the logic of Rabbi Yishmael’s 13 rules of logic); the Aggadah portions of the Talmud (about 1/4th of the Sha’s Bavli), together with the Geonim Midrashim, specifically Midrash Rabbah, serves as a commentary to the Aggadah (Which organizes its drosh around the order of the Mishnaot rather than the order of the T’NaCH, like as does classic Midrash commentaries.); the Aggadah makes a drosh back to T’NaCH Primary mussar sources with an eye to learn the k’vanna of prophetic mussar. Prophets command mussar – the T’NaCH definition of prophesy. פרדס Oral Torah, as organized within the whole of the Talmud, weaves a warp/weft halachic/aggadic fabric.

The way to learn Talmud correctly stands upon two basic rules which the deductive premise of the assimilated statute halachic codes made famous by corrupt assimilated Reshonim rabbies “raped”. 1) Never divorce the halachic precedents from their “husband” Mishna. 2) Never divorce Gemara halachic precedents from their “children”, the Aggadah, which make a drosh back to understand prophetic mussar commandments. The Aggaditah makes a משנה תורה re-interpretation upon the halachic precedents within a given sugya. 3) Never despise the integrity of the Organization of the Talmud into defined sugyot. Dof Yomi “rapes” the Order of Talmudic sugyot organization; something like the difference between God vs Dog.

Following the Rambam Civil War, {{{[[[[(( Rambam published his assimilated Roman statute law halachic code in about 1185 ce. He died in 1205. The Spanish court of Rabbeinu Yonah placed a ban of נידוי\charem upon the Rambam {Like as similarly did a later court, which condemned Spinoza.} in about 1215; and burned his corrupt assimilated Roman statute Halachic code which the Rambam christened with the evil named perversion: the Mishnah Torah.

Despite foreign travel being highly confined during the Dark Ages due to a lack of functioning roads and the abundance of Robin Hood bandits, the fires of the Rambam Civil War in Spain quickly spread first to France. About a decade after Rabbeinu Yonah court burned the books of Rambam as heretical, in 1242 the Pope and the king of France ordered the total destruction of all Talmudic hand written manuscripts in France! {The printing press not developed until about 2 Centuries later.} The public destruction of all Talmudic manuscripts in France, its impact upon European g’lut Jewry, compares to the impact of the Romans expelling the Jews from Judea and renaming the land Palestine!

In 1290 the flames of this Jewish Civil War spread to England which culminated in the expulsion of Jews from England. Then this international Jewish Civil War returned back to France. The king expelled the Jews of France in 1305; this disaster destroyed the common law learning on the Torah and Talmud. (Rashi p’shat employs inductive learning by means of comparative precedents).

This Rashi Chumash p’shat totally different than the Rashi’s Talmudic commentary of “p’shat”, which basically defines terms like a dictionary. The criticism made by the Baali Tosafot commentaries on the Talmud כלל: it learns the common law inductive reasoning methodology of the Talmud, by means of a common law inductive precedent search/based re-interpretations of the k’vanna of the language of the Mishna. פרט: ברכות דף ח: מצוה מן המובחר. This language implies tohor time oriented commandments like in the mizva of ק”ש, the opening Mishna of this Gemara. Rashi p’shat on the Talmud most essentially lacked this essential understanding of Talmud as Common law inductive comparisons of Case/Rule to similar, but other Case Rule judicial rulings.

Rashi’s Talmudic simple deductive dictionary-like reasoning of p’shat-commentary to the Talmud, written to conceal from the Pre-1st Crusades church, the essense of inductive comparative precedent based reasoning which defines inductive Oral Torah common law rational thought.

Hence Rashi p’shat on the Chumash, here Rashi showed his understanding of inductive reasoning precedent based p’shat. His Chumash commentary most essentially entails the inductive comparison method of a judicial case juxtaposed to similar judicial case/law ruling ie common law. Hence the criticism of the Baali Tosafot, it goes off the dof of the Gemarah in search of precedents to learn the Gemarah.

However, the Tosafot common law commentary strategically erred, as did the כסף משנה commentary to the statute law halachic code of the Rambam, both failed to re-interpret the k’vanna of the Mishna based upon how the sugya of the Gemara כלל which contained a specific halachic פרט, serves to make a משנה תורה re-interpretation of the k’vanna of the Mishna.

The expulsion of the Jews from France in 1305 destroyed the Rashi-Tosafot common law inductive reasoning school of Chumash and Talmudic common law reasoning/scholarship. Disasters followed one after another. The Talmud refers to this type of crash as ירידות הדורות: which means domino effect/ripple effect. The post Rambam Civil War Orthodox rabbis interpreted this term into a dogma: the infallibility of the Reshonim.

The kingdoms of Germany imposed crushing taxation without representation upon the Jewish stateless refugee populations living within the German kingdoms, as did the king of England prior to the 1290 expulsion of all Jews from England. The Germans followed this precedent & pauperized the Jewish refugees almost over-night with their criminal taxation without representation theft of virtually all Jewish wealth. When the Germans could not squeeze more gold out of “their” Jews, they expelled these Jewish refugees from their kingdom. Jews fled from one German kingdom to another only to be abused in the exact same way – over again and again.

Then in about 1415 the Pope imposed the ghetto war crimes upon the Jews of Western Europe. Jews would remain imprisoned in these ghetto war crimes for over 3 Centuries, till Napoleon kicked the Pope in his balls, and freed the pathetic Jewish refugees from these ghettos, and granted French citizenship to French Jewry!

The French revolution likewise witnessed the economic transformation from Lord/serf agricultural based economies to citizen-rights/democracy, industrial-based economies. The last Lord/serf feudal, agricultural-based economies: Czarist Russia and the Confederate South. Both of these agricultural wealth-based economies likewise experienced with extreme bitterness – military defeats. Czarist Russia tasted the bile of the Crimean War of 1856. While the Southern Confederacy tasted this acid reflux, after the battles of Gettysburg and Shermans burning of Atlanta.

The Vatican imposition of the ghetto war crimes upon Western European Jewish refugee populations cause a huge population transfer, wherein millions of Jews fled from Western Europe unto Eastern Europe, specifically the פרט: Ukraine and Poland.
    Disaster followed disaster.

While the rediscovery of the ancient Greek philosophical writings significantly contributed with terminating the Dark Ages, and ushered in the Renaissance. The ensuing Catholic indulgence/corruption erupted in the Reformation, and the terrible 30 Years War. (Europe’s population during the 30 Years War, about 1\3rd the size of Europe’s population during WWI.)

Yet about as many people killed in the 30 Years Protestant/Catholic Wars as died during the ‘War to End All Wars’! Soldiers on both sides slaughtered Jewish ghetto imprisoned refugees, like lions often play with their prey. 1648 with the Peace of Westphalia finally terminated that horrible barbaric war. This war forced European governments to demand laws of war, following the horrific abominations and war crimes committed by both sides, which almost exterminated all human life in Germany.

Jewish refugee populations, not alone in the curse of disaster followed disaster! But this revisionist history makes its focus upon Jewish history. The same year of the Peace of Westphalia witnessed another more horrific mass slaughter. The Khmelnytsky Uprising – which lasted about 9 years and resulted in the slaughter of approximately 1.5 million Jews. This disaster, followed up by the Sabbatai Zevi & Yaacov Frank false messiah absolute disasters.

After Napoleon kicked the Pope in his balls and freed Western European Jewish refugee survivor concentration-camp populations from the war-criminal ghettos, Jews freed from these ghetto concentration camps, no different than the British war crimes imposed during the late 19th Century Boer Wars. Jews exited a 3 Century Dark Ages unto a modern world! Reform Judaism declared Karo’s Shulkan Aruch assimilated statute law based upon deductive reasoning, and not inductive precedent based reasoning, as archaic and not relevant to the Modern age.

Disaster followed by disaster defines the Jewish g’lut refugees experience in Europe and Muslim/Arab lands. Reform Judaism caused “Orthodox Judaism” to cling to the ‘Neturie Karta abomination’: Berlin our New Jerusalem – what-ever country Jews live, that’s our homeland Av tumah avoda zarah.

Orthodox rabbis in the early 20th Century condemned political Zionism’s attempts to find a great power patron who would support the Jewish return back to our homeland. The Orthodox assimilated statute law, “addicted” rabbis despised the Balfour Declaration of 1917! These Orthodox rabbinic leaders compare to the British opium addicted Chinese of the late 19th Century China – their Century of Shame.

Orthodox rabbis tended to duplicate the error made by Pope Pius XII; they held that Orthodox Judaism has a monopoly over the Torah, that the opinions expressed by the Reshonim – infallible! They decreed that ירידות הדורות means that later generations of Jewry cannot criticize earlier generations of Reshonim scholarship. Despite the fact that the Reshonim failed to lead Jewish refugee populations back to our homelands. ‘Orthodox Neturei Karta Judaism’ despises the phenomenal success achieved by late 19th Century by the multiple brances of Zionism: Political, Cultural & Labor Zionism!

Just as the Wilderness generation rebelled to rise up and conquer the oath brit homelands of Canaan, so too Orthodox Judaism behaved like dogs who return and eat their own vomit.

Arrogant ‘Neturei Karta Orthodox rabbis’ imagine that only Orthodox Judaism has a monopoly-hold on the inheritance of the Torah; their Av tumah avoda zarah assimilation embraces Greek deductive logic/reasoning. This “monopoly” perversion of T’NaCH and Talmudic inductive logic common law; their copy-cat “Xtian replacement theology” assimilated deductive, Aristotelean logic, statute halacha model monopoly caused a ירידות הדורות loss of knowledge how to study both T’NaCH & Talmud. Comparable to the case of the Wilderness Generation – which has no portion in the World to Come. So too Orthodox Judaism/Shoah has no portion in the World to Come.)))}}}]]], [Following the Rambam Civil War], Jewish g’lut refugee populations experience destruction after destruction after destruction after destruction.

Stop and consider: According to the Apostle Paul, Goyim not under the law. The Torah commandment of Moshiach, a key part of Jewish law. What distinguishes between Roman statute laws from Jewish common laws? No Xtian priest or pastor has ever asked or considered this fundamental question.

Yet Xtianity assumes that its Gospels narishkeit holds a lock and key monopoly over the Torah commandment law known as Moshiach! An interesting comparison to the ‘Neturei Karta Orthodox’. What a total joke. Can’t have your cake and eat it too. Can’t not be under the Law and at the say time declare absolute expertise over key Torah prophetic commandments. Just that simple.

The Talmud by stark contrast learns the Torah commandment of Moshiach to the Baali T’shuva, according to the 11 Chapter of the Gemarah of Sanhedrin which teaches: All Israel has a portion in the world to come EXCEPT. What Torah commandment defines a Baali T’shuva? The commandment to shoo the mother bird from off sitting upon her eggs! How? What logically connects this tiny commandment to that Great commandment?

Torah law delves primarily into tohor middot. Notice the noise new testament never once considers this key subject. For a Cohen to do service in the Mishkan, the Cohen had to breath “tohor” spirits. This commandment learns from the precedent of not saying the Name revealed in the 1st Sinai commandment according to its 4 letters.

The sin of the Golden Calf perverts the רוח הקודש שם השם unto a word or words which the lips of Man can frame and pronounce. This word, the שם השם, a completely alien term to Goyim. Why? Neither the new testament nor koran ever once validates the 1st Sinai commandment – the greatest commandment in the whole of the revelation of the Torah at Sinai.

Goyim not under the Law. To shoo the mother bird away from her eggs, a tohor middah. Another strange alien term to Goyim, for the exact same reason: Goyim not under the Law. Goyim never accepted the revelation of the Torah at Sinai. Middah means “measure”. As in the judicial concept of justice: Measure for Measure. Judicial justice not important to Par’o of ancient Egypt and equally not important to any European courtrooms, who never held the Church accountable for its many war-crime guilts against Humanity.

The commandment of Moshiach qualifies as a tohor time-oriented commandment. Another alien term to Goyim for the same identical reason: Goyim not under the Law; Goyim never accepted the revelation of the Torah at Sinai.

All tohor time- oriented commandments stand upon the foundation of “fear of Heaven”. Meaning a person has to intend to dedicate holy to HaShem a tohor midda with the intent to guard their Good-Name reputations. In the case of shooing the mother bird from off her clutch of eggs, the midda dedicated holy to HaShem, the tohor midda of not inflicting unnecessary pain upon the mother bird. Hence a butcher with fear of heaven, despite no profit or need to cut the carotid arteries, he cuts them none-the-less to reduce the pain suffered when his blade kills the slaughtered animal.

This rabbinic mitva/commandment perhaps best exemplifies this midda. Kosher slaughtering of animals, by the case law learned in the Talmud kosher slaughter of animals inductively learns from the slaughter of sacrificial animals dedicated unto the altar. What fundamentally separates the animal flesh burnt upon the altar in Jerusalem from butchering meats for consumer consumption? The first thing the Cohen throws upon the altar “the living blood” of the sacrificial offering. This means the Cohen had to cut the carotid artery which runs parallel to the thorax wind-pipe.

The common butcher does not require this ‘living blood’, which squirts out of the wound due to blood-pressure produced by that the beating heart of the sacrificial animal. Hence the Talmud laws for butchering meat, the Mishna there does not directly mention cutting the carotid artery. The butcher does not require this ‘living blood’.

Nonetheless, a sage in the Talmud, rabbi Yechuda, teaches that a person with “fear of Heaven”, ((the foundation upon which stand all tohor time-oriented commandments)), should cut the carotid artery. Why? Because not cutting this artery, the animal can live for some time there-after its throat gets cut. As a slaughter house rav, I personally have witnessed, in a slaughter house, cattle getting up and walking around due to the failure of the butcher to cut the carotid artery

Not causing unnecessary animal suffering, a tohor midda learned from shooing the mother bird away from her clutch of eggs, this tohor midda defines the reason why Rabbi Yechuda of the Gemara warns butchers to, despite not requiring, needing, nor wanting the living blood of the slaughtered animal, nonetheless, to cut the carotid artery of the animal so that it dies immediately, like 2 seconds after, its throat being cut.

The concept “tohor time-oriented commandment” learns from Moshe going to Egypt. Recall that Moshe opposed going to Egypt! Moshe went to Egypt as a “baali t’shuva”. Hence the midda of the “baali t’shuva” essentially defines the k’vanna of the mitzva of Moshiach.

What defines a “baali t’shuva”? That a person arouses to address a current national crisis afflicting the Jewish people at that moment in time. The ‘Neturei Karta Orthodox rabbis, their theological dogmatism limits the understanding of “time oriented commandments” restricted to a defined time-period, rather than a national crisis. But the Torah anointed Pinchas, פרט, “Moshiach of War”, in the war fought against Moav and Midian & Bil’am the prophet.

The failure of the church abomination to learn the Torah commandment of Moshiach from Torah sources, proves that this Av tumah false religion – an utter counterfeit of – alien Roman origins, just like the Rambam’s Roman statute halachic code.

The Gospels, (compare the Czarist secret police forgery known as “The Protocols of the Elders of Zion”), written after all in Greek – not Hebrew or Aramaic, the common languages spoken by the Jewish people at that time!

The Romans based their pantheon of Gods upon the Greek Gods of Mount Olympus; Romans commonly spoke the language of the Greeks, something like Czar Peter the Great spoke French, as did all his court. The God-Zeus myth, that Father of the Gods raped married women. The birth of both JeZeus and Hercules, identical myth based stories of “virgin birth”.

Hence, the tohor time-oriented commandment of Moshiach stands on the foundation of “fear of Heaven”; and “fear of Heaven” most essentially requires the dedication holy to HaShem, of some specific tohor midda. Like as found in the tohor time-oriented commandment of shooing the mother bird away from sitting upon her eggs. The guilty Xtian church no European court ever held accountable for its war-crimes against Humanity which culminated in the Shoah.

The Torah commandment of anointing a baali-t’shuva Moshiach, this tohor time-oriented commandment of anointing a person dedicated to save Israel during a time of national crisis. Clearly, the mythical JeZeus imaginary man, never “fulfilled” this tohor time-oriented commandment. In similar vein, the assimilated to Greek deductive logic statute law codes, likewise failed to bring G’lut Jewry to make an aliyah back to reconquer the oath/brit alliance lands of Canaan.

Hence Rabbi Akiva considered Bar Kochba as moshiach. Alas the Bar Kochba revolt collapsed. This false Moshiach when given the opportunity to drive the Romans out of Damascus refused to pursue this critical & defining qualification of the Torah mitzva of Moshiach. פרט: When king David, anointed as Moshiach conquered Damascus, did he establish that city as a City of Refuge and build the Small Sanhedrin common law lateral court there?

A great dispute in the Yerushalmi Talmud disputes this question. The mitzva of Moshiach inductively learns from the last mitzva of Moshe Rabbeinu; who built the small Sanhedrin courts in the 3 Cities of Refuge. The mitzva of Moshiach does not learn from the רשע king Shlomo who built an assimilated Catholic Cathedral/Temple – who worshipped Av tumah avoda zarah.

But this does not change the facts on the ground. Jews confronted the Romans in a national crisis tohor time oriented commandment. Our leader Rabbi Akiva anointed a General to fight the Romans. Just as did Moshe, who anointed Phinehas to fight the war against Moav and Midian/Bil’am. Phinehas anionted ‘eish Moshiach milchamah’, the messiah anointed for war. Rabbi Akiva pursued the mitzva of the anointing Bar Kochba as Moshiach.

Alas this false messiah failed to conquer Damascus and build a City of Refuge. The Romans had easy access to Syria. They could send a new Army from Rome and prepare to reconquer Judea. Strategically this false messiah likewise failed to coordinate the Jewish revolt against the Romans together with the Jews of Alexandria Egypt, the bread basket of Rome. This permitted the Romans to more easily put down both failed revolts in a piece-meal fashion. Because the citizens of Rome could eat their bread without a famine crisis.
